Looking for an energetic personality and passionate trainer who wants to make an impact on other peoples lives. Burn Boot Camp Atlee, VA is looking for a part-time (anywhere from 4-20 hours per week) experienced, energetic, and coachable trainer to provide personal training in a group setting.Needed:A confident personality: this job requires an outgoing energetic personality that is comfortable pushing people to be stronger and grow confidence.Teachable: willing to learn our product and take feedbackWarm and yet firm: able to connect with people who ask more of them on the floor.What Burn Boot Camp Atlee has to offer you:Consistent set hours and schedule, ability to flex if needed.Work in a fun, fast paced, exciting environment that a go-getter will thrive in!No hard sales - our unique sales approach does it for us!RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver pre-designed, but customizable workouts to clients.Lead and motivate clients through intense 45-minute group training sessions.Ensure safety of participants in regard to exercise techniqueModify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or injuries.Provide nutritional guidance following franchise specifications, goal setting coaching and mindset motivation through Focus Meetings (1:1 meeting w/ members)Use social media to keep members engaged, promote the brand, and grow membership.Convert promotional and free trial clients into memberships.Work with the other team members to maximize the client experience.Follow up with clients currently on a trial to promote individualized attention.Participate in a weekly staff meeting focused on location results, current initiatives, future goals and events, transformation stories, current happenings, etc.Responsible for membership sales and driving membership growth.Be a fitness leader in the community.QUALIFICATIONS:Must hold a valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainer Certificate accredited institution or degree in an exercise science related field.At least 1 year of training experience (specific Burn Boot Camp training will be provided) Don't have the experience? Saturday camps are 7:00am, 8:00am, and 9:00am only. No camps on Sunday.
