Group Product Manager, Growth
About this Role
PandaDoc is seeking a Leader for our Monetization area within the Growth department. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy, leading multiple product squads dedicated to driving long-term business growth. Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies and PLG monetization flows, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading PMs and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Growth PMs focused on monetization initiatives
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team
Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and cLTV
Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results
Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiatives
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders
Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.
About you
5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in monetization
Experience leading multiple Product teams
Experience growing the revenue of a sizable product-line or business
Strong analytical decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy to understand narratives
Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership
The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $255,000 USDThis position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents. The annual bonus opportunity is up to $20,000 Variable USD
