Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWe are seeking a highly dynamic, hands-on Guest Experience & Short-Term Rentals Operations Coordinator to support the daily operational execution of our fast-growing STR portfolio in Tenerife (currently ~40 properties). This role is ideal for someone with a hotel Rooms Division background who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and who consistently acts as a decision-maker and problem-solver, not a problem-reporter. You will coordinate guest communication, housekeeping and maintenance workflows, and supply management, ensuring operational excellence across all units. Although this is not a team leadership role, it requires a managerial-level mindset: independence, ownership, prioritization, and high accountability. This position reports directly to the Director of Short-Term Rental Operations.RequisitosBackground in hotel operations (Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination) strongly preferred. Fluency in Spanish & English (written and spoken). Highly comfortable with PMS, operational apps, AI tools, and digital communication platforms. Strong stress resistance, excellent multitasking skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently. Driver’s license (mandatory) for regular property visits. Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, or automation tools is a plus. Availability for flexible working hours, including MOD standby shifts. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Communication Handle guest communication and operational issues Ensure excellent service levels, fast response times, and consistently high guest satisfaction. Monitor guest reviews and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Operations Coordination Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules, turnarounds, cleanings, and inspections with outsourced partners. Utilize Breezeway to manage tasks, checklists, and operational workflows. Conduct periodic on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld. Maintenance & Repairs Record, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance issues and repair tasks. Liaise with external technicians to ensure timely problem resolution. Maintain accurate logs and track recurring issues for operational optimization. Supply & Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of amenities, linens, and consumables. Coordinate purchasing and logistics to ensure operational readiness across properties. Use digital tools for efficient inventory control. Technology, Processes & Continuous Improvement Work daily with Guesty, Breezeway, automation platforms, and AI-enhanced communication systems. Support improvements to SOPs and digital workflows. Help with onboarding new properties to ensure full operational setup and readiness. Manager-on-Duty (MOD) Responsibilities Participate in Manager-on-Duty standby shifts one weekend per month to handle escalated issues and ensure smooth weekend operations. MOD shifts are compensated as part of the role expectations.Se ofreceRemuneration Package €2,000 – €2,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
