Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWe are offering aN Erasmus internship for a Hotel Management Trainee, providing structured, hands-on experience across key hotel departments. This internship is designed for students in Hospitality or Tourism studies who wish to gain practical experience and develop managerial skills in a real hotel environment. The scope is to identify high-performing trainees for future management positions within our team. Key Responsibilities: Gain practical exposure to front office, guest relations, and reservations Support food & beverage and housekeeping operations Learn hotel service standards, operational procedures, and quality control Assist in handling guest requests and service recovery Participate in daily briefings and inter-departmental coordination Develop communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsRequisitosFinal-year student enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related degree Eligible for the Erasmus+ internship program through their institution Strong communication skills and professional attitude Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a multicultural environment Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)Se ofrece• Practical, real-world hotel experience • Exposure to all major hotel departments • Mentorship from experienced hospitality professionals • Internship certificate upon completion • Opportunity for future employment in a management role
