We are seeking reliable and skilled local handypersons to help maintain and repair our Airbnb properties. We have 7 furnished houses that often need quick fixes, along with 8 other properties in Pine City and several more in St. Paul and Minneapolis.Job Responsibilities:Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties.Respond promptly to repair or maintenance calls.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.Requirements:Skills: We are looking for individuals with expertise in areas such as painting, appliances, carpentry, drywall, outdoor and indoor work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, and more.Availability: Ability to respond quickly to repair calls is essential.Flexibility: Willingness to travel to St. Paul and Minneapolis for special projects is a plus.Insurance: Must be able to provide proof of insurance and a W9 for 1099 purposes.Compensation:We prefer to work on a time and materials basis, but we're open to discussing bids.Please let us know your hourly rate and if you have a trip charge.We are also open to negotiating a reduced rate for regular, scheduled work (e.g., reserving 8 hours every Thursday or Friday).How to Apply:If you're interested, please send an email to [email protected] with your contact details.
