Position: Patient Advocate/Health CoachJob Responsibilities:Oversee clients from prospect to onboarding, through their program to maintenance. Ensure they feel valued, understand their care, are satisfied and transition to maintenance. Generate client referrals.Support and educate clients in changing their foods/lifestyle habits under practitioner advisement Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with staff, ensure full practitioner schedules and maintain smooth center operationsConfirm client appointments, fill empty slots, evaluate no shows and resolve issues with management.Reactivate old clients Actively participate in sales of products and servicesSolicit reviews and testimonials from satisfied clientsPrepare rooms for clients, schedule Zoom calls, and inform practitioners of priorities, scribe as neededSupervise and train staff while ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain office operations, phones, supplies and office equipment Inventory: Order product, oversee inventory countsOpen/Close practicePerform other duties as assignedSkills Required:Exceptional communication and phone skillsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesTask oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and ExcelTeam Player Benefits:Free holistic healthcare and access to healing modalitiesEmployee discounts on supplements and productsPaid Time Off, 401K Matching Education & Experience:Health Coaching Certificate Minimum 2 Year associate degreeMinimum 2 Years front/back office experience and supervisory experience Salary: $20-$25+ Bonuses Commensurate with ExperienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday events(35-40 hours per week)Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660How to Apply: If you're ready to fuel your ambition and join a team that values health, growth, and community, we'd love to hear from you! **Submit RESUME WITH COVER LETTER of why you want to work here and how your qualifications fit the position.
