We offer excellent pay, $20-23/hr.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activitiesCommunicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant partiesCollaborate with clients and families for best care opportunitiesMaintain a healthy and comfortable living environmentProvides in-home support services to individuals receiving services, including personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, respite care, life skill activities, and shopping for participantsProvides, assistance to individuals in the areas of daily living and personal careEstablishes a therapeutic relationship with the individual receiving services to ensure effective guidance, support and service deliveryEnsures objectives are met in accordance with the Care PlanMay coordinate, organize and/or assist with household activities such as light housekeeping and meal set up according to state requirementsMaintains current progress and service notes and submits all required documentation and verbal feedback to SupervisorPromotes positive relationships with individuals receiving services, families, payers, and community representativeserforms other related duties and activities as requiredQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.State-issued Home Health Aid certification or CNA license is requiredAll state required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.Previous experience in personal care or other related fieldsCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem, TemporaryPay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleExperience:Caregiving: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)License/Certification:HHA License/Certification (Preferred)BLS Certification (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Day Shift (Preferred)Overnight Shift (Preferred)Work Location: In person
