Real growth opportunities and exciting projectsYour roleAs GUEST SERVICES Intern, you’ll join the reception team, working closely with the building´s General Manager to generate unforgettable residencies for our guests. Your mission ??Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! You will learn to: - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities. - Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. - Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. - Learn the art of auxillary income - how to generate additional sources of revenue. - Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. - Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives. What are we looking for ??????• Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English• Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week) . • Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. • Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more! • Permission to work in Spain. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a mustWhat we offer ??• Chance to build a unique product in a brand new market in Spain, be the first generation of professionals with a uinique set of skills and knowledge. • Dynamic work environment, working in small teams where everyone has a say. • Learn from the entire team, not just the manager! • Growth and development opportunities• 300 euros per month for expenses.Requisitos.
