Your mission Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! You will learn to: · Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities. · Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. · Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. · Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue. · Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. · Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.Requisitos• Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English • Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week). • Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. • Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more! • Permission to work in Spain. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a mustSe ofrece• Chance to build a unique product in a brand new market in Spain, be the first generation of professionals with a uinique set of skills and knowledge. • Dynamic work environment, working in small teams where everyone has a say. • Learn from the entire team, not just the manager! • Growth and development opportunities • 300 euros per month for expenses.
