At Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa, we are looking for passionate students eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality industry through internship opportunities across different departments. Join internationally recognized brands, work alongside experienced professionals and develop the skills needed for a successful hospitality career. Available Internship Areas • Front Office • Guest Experience • Revenue Management • Reservations • Food & Beverage Service • Culinary / Kitchen What will you learn? Depending on your assigned department, you will: • Deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Support the daily operations of a luxury resort. • Learn revenue optimization and commercial strategies. • Assist with reservation management and customer service. • Gain practical experience in food and beverage operations. • Work alongside professional chefs and culinary teams.Requisitos• Students currently pursuing degrees in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Culinary Arts or related fields. • Intermediate to advanced English level. • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and teamwork skills. • Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.Se ofrece• Hands-on experience in internationally recognized luxury resorts. • Dedicated mentorship throughout the internship. • International and multicultural working environment. • Exposure to real business projects and operations. • Future career opportunities within Hesperia World and our partner brands.
