Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesFUNCTIONAL SUMMARY Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and impeccable presentation of rooms, suites, and public areas, guaranteeing that Legacy Ithos quality standards are met. In addition to daily cleaning duties, this professional is also responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating housekeeping routines, quality control, and operational floor management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Room Cleaning & Preparation Perform full cleaning of rooms and suites according to hotel standards; Prepare amenities, minibar, bed linen, and décor in line with specific guidelines; Replenish products, water, and all items necessary for guest comfort; Ensure impeccable arrangement of beds, bathrooms, furniture, and circulation areas; Maintain VIP rooms with enhanced attention to detail and personalization. Public Areas Clean and maintain corridors, elevators, floors, gym, restrooms, etc.; Ensure all common areas are always presentable, tidy, and aligned with Legacy Ithos standards. Operational Coordination Assist in checking rooms that are cleaned, ready, or pending; Report breakdowns, maintenance needs, or discrepancies; Coordinate daily priorities (early arrivals, late departures, VIP rooms); Monitor consumption and replenishment needs for amenities and materials; Maintain constant communication with Front Office regarding room status; Handle special guest requests (pillows, extra amenities, etc.).RequisitosWe are looking for professionals with previous experience in housekeeping in 4*/5* hotels, with a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. Good communication skills, team spirit, and a discreet, professional attitude aligned with luxury hotel service are highly valued. Proficiency in English is required.
