NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB Overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areas Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your team members direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way Complete any required administrative function. Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order to inspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesive and supportive working environment to work within Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH Create Quality Standards Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
