This entry - level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in hospitality management and gain hands - on experience in supervising housekeeping operations.RequisitosAssist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotelLearn to coordinate and prioritize room assignments for the housekeeping staffHelp maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linensParticipate in training sessions to develop supervisory skills and learn about hotel operationsAssist in conducting room inspections to ensure quality standards are metSupport the housekeeping team in maintaining a safe and organized work environmentLearn to address guest concerns and requests related to housekeeping servicesCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operationsAssist in implementing and maintaining housekeeping policies and proceduresContribute to the development of schedules and work plans for the housekeeping team Requisitos High school diploma or equivalent; education in hospitality management or a related field is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management abilitiesBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsProblem - solving aptitude and ability to work well under pressureWillingness to learn and grow in a fast - paced hospitality environmentBasic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practicesFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrevious housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatoryPhysical ability to perform tasks related to housekeeping dutiesFluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus
