Duración de la oferta: hasta el 10/06/2026.FuncionesScope of the EMEA Regional Hub responsibilities (covering 18 EMEA markets): The Regional Hub delivers localised processes requiring market-specific knowledge. As a Specialist, you will support the delivery of these activities as assigned. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Provide first-line support to employees and managers on queries, including support in local languages where required. Administer market-specific statutory onboarding requirements, including right-to-work checks, tax registration, benefits setup, and other local onboarding activities. Delivery of market-specific statutory and operational requirements related to employee movements, including changes impacting tax, payroll, benefits eligibility, cost centres, legal entities, or employment terms. Delivery of market-specific statutory offboarding requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed, approved, and stored in MyPeopleHub in line with policy and audit standards. Support market-specific payroll-related processes, liaising with local Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Review and processing of local leave-related changes, including validation of entitlements and manual calculations where required. Provide operational support for Compensation and Performance cycles, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR) and Performance Management activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. Support benefits administration for joiners, movers and leavers, including enrolment of employees and their dependents, coordination with vendors to ensure timely coverage activation, and accurate billing setup. Support Delivery Leads with assigned tasks, special initiatives, and additional operational responsibilities as required.RequisitosSkills & Experience 2-3 years of experience delivering HR operational or transactional services in a fast-paced environment. Fluent level of English and Dutch Exposure to HR systems, ideally cloud-based platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors. Experience working with structured processes, deadlines, and service expectations. Understanding of HR administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience working in virtual teams and across multiple markets is an advantage. Ability to work accurately with data, documentation, and systems. Key knowledge and expertise of local employment laws and regulations for EMEA markets.
