<p> </p><p>Are you passionate about making a difference in public-sector HR? Pooling Resources, Inc. (dba POOL/PACT HR) a unique nonprofit organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. We provide HR consulting and training services specifically tailored for local government entities across Nevada.</p><p> </p><p>As an HRBP, you'll be a trusted partner to assigned local government members, offering expertise in public-sector HR, including employment law, performance management, and personnel administration. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert in various areas, while managing a range of key responsibilities.</p><p> </p><p>Each HRBP serves as their assigned members' main HR contact to:</p><ul><li>consult on HR issues,</li><li>facilitate HR-related training courses in-person and virtually, and</li><li>assist with policy development and application.</li></ul><p> </p><p>In addition, HRBPs:</p><ul><li>conduct research and analysis;</li><li>develop written documents;</li><li>interpret laws, statutes, personnel policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements; and</li><li>are assigned special projects.</li></ul><p> </p><p>The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field</li><li>At least three years of progressively responsible Nevada local government human resources work experience</li><li>Two years of formal in-person and virtual facilitation/training experience</li><li>Nationally recognized HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, IPMA-CP)</li><li>Excellent writing and presentation skills</li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>Customer-service orientation</li><li>Passion to facilitate instructor-led training</li><li>Familiarity with rural Nevada</li></ul><p> </p><p>Our competitive salary starts at $75,000 and is dependent upon qualifications.
