Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads, post job openings, and source qualified candidates through various channels. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. On boarding: Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.HR Administration:Assist with maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and updating HR databases.Employee Relations:Support HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Compliance:Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.Event Coordination:Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.General Support:Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR support roles or Recruitment Specialist- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Recruitment (HR) or Human Resources roles - With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and time management skills- Passionate in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment- Attentive to detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality candidate experience- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Knowledge in HR software and Google Suite- Strong knowledge of employee engagement theories, best practices and trends- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives, ability to work independently and as part of the team- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup Benefits SALARY - $ 1,200 PER MONTH TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK SCHEDULE - US TIME ZONE (East Coast) JOB LEVEL - EXPERT OR SENIOR LEVEL
