The Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing multi-channel marketing programs that address the customer journey, serving as the central hub for all go-to-market (GTM) efforts across national and regional levels. This role is responsible for creating compelling narratives for each persona of our ideal customer profile across the buying stages, overseeing the development, coordination and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR, social media, digital marketing, and sales promotion. The goal is to deliver consistent messaging and brand presence across all channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Development:

Stays current on industry trends, services, technologies, and best practices
Acts as the primary contact for marketing campaigns, and maintains and manages the marketing program calendar
Identifies themes and compelling messaging (aligned with Product Marketing) to
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Corporate Events, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Brand, and Regional Marketing) to ensure campaigns are taken into market in a thoughtful approach that considers personas and the customer journey
Enables Regional/Field teams to execute on campaigns within their territories
Tracks and reports on the impact of integrated marketing campaigns on business outcomes

Content Creation to Support GTM Campaigns:

Manages the development of content while providing “Wow Them” experience to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers
Creates content (or manages the creation of content) and manages the content/editorial calendar to support the different personas targeted within the campaign to support the full customer journey
Build engaging content for different personas to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Owns the customer testimonial program to drive customer stories that align with the GTM campaigns

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B market (Cyber, Services, Software, Cloud Infrastructure)
7+ years’ experience in Marketing in similar role
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a rapidly evolving business
Ability to think strategically and drive execution in collaboration with multiple, groups within the Marketing organization
Solid understanding of marketing GTM planning and demand tactics
Understands the personas involved (and the journey) related to different cybersecurity purchasing decisions
Strong writing skills with the ability to create or manage resources to create videos, whitepapers, ebooks, etc.
Expertise in strategy, development, execution, and monitoring complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to articulate the value proposition of the Marketing programs that are developed
Strong analytical skills with ability to present analysis in an impactful and concise manner
Detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker who can execute multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Proactive, strategic thinker highly capable of identifying and executing the necessary steps needed to drive adoption of programs across key stakeholders while staying focused on monitoring cross-functional action items and bringing them to conclusion on-time and on budget

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% travel required

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work
Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
