Job Description
Support cross-platform integrations and middleware components for contact center technologies, focusing on telephony integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage telephony integration support and cross-platform connectivity
Support microservices in enterprise contact center applications
Handle cloud platform integrations
Perform system monitoring and health checks
Manage L2 ServiceNow tickets
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
Support critical enrollment periods (Oct-Jan)
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in technical support/engineering
3+ years GCP/AWS experience
Strong background in middleware and integrations
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of CTI technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with change management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Cloud certifications (GCP/AWS) preferred
