Our team is passionate about real estate and committed to helping aspiring professionals gain hands-on experience in the field.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Intern to join our team and learn the ins and outs of house flipping and wholesaling. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate investment, property acquisition, and renovation projects. The intern will play an active role in sourcing potential deals, making phone calls to property owners and real estate agents, and learning the entire process of flipping houses from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Property Research and Lead Generation:Assist in identifying potential properties for acquisition through online research, MLS listings, and other sources.Support the team in analyzing market trends, property values, and neighborhood data.Cold Calling and Outreach:Make phone calls to property owners, real estate agents, and other leads to gather information and assess interest in selling.Scripted calls to introduce the company, explain the house flipping process, and discuss potential offers.Property Evaluation:Participate in property walkthroughs and inspections to assess the condition and potential value of homes.Assist in gathering estimates for repairs and renovations.Learning and Development:Gain hands-on experience in real estate investment strategies, negotiation, and deal closing.Attend team meetings, training sessions, and site visits to learn about the house flipping process.Shadow experienced team members to understand different aspects of real estate transactions.Administrative Support:Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records of leads, offers, and property details.Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.Interest in real estate investment, property management, or house flipping is essential.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software is a plus.Attributes:A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential leads.Enthusiasm for real estate and a passion for learning about house flipping.Compensation:This is a commission only role.Benefits:Hands-on experience in real estate investment and house flipping.Mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry.Networking opportunities with real estate investors, agents, and other industry professionals.
