Job location: Jacksonville Florida, full or part-time internship positions availableWe would like you to join our team as an intern to help maintaining good relationship with our residents. This is an entry level position for an individual who is interested in career or real estate development and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision is a must. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred. The rest - we will train you as long as you are hardworking and eager to learn.Key Responsibilities:- Assist Property Manager in managing all rental properties- Prepare and post accurate vacant property advertisements- Screen and pre-qualify potential new tenants- Conduct move-in and out inspections- Coordinate property turnover between tenants- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints- Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee vendors- Enforce lease terms and company policies- Maintain timely and accurate documentation- Operate company vehicle as needed -Resident events planing and participation Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Must pass level II background screening per Florida Law- Reliable transportation (own vehicle) required- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred- Notary Public Certification (training will be provided and paid for)- Ability to work with minimum supervision- Previous customer service experience is a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skillsWhat do we OFFER?Direct hire with our companyFull time or part time positionsFlexible schedules Expected compensation range $18-$20/HREducational opportunities and on-site trainingPromotion potentialTravel allowances Payment every week (every 7 days) Paid US Holidays and vacation timeWork stabilityWe are committed to providing training and support to help you succeed in this role.
