If the challenge of safely and seamlessly managing devices and software used by a fast-growing, globally-distributed team excites you, let us know!What you'll do:Take ownership of IT onboarding & offboardingOversee software installations, updates, and licensesAutomate user provisioning and access managementProvide technical support to team members - address and resolve IT issuesAssist in maintaining and enhancing SOC2 compliance, ensuring all IT processes and systems meet required standardsImplement and manage security protocols to protect company data, systems, and networksContribute to security policies and trainingsCoordinate with external vendors for procurement of IT equipment and servicesMaintain detailed records of IT assets, procedures, and support requestsVisit our offices in Warsaw and Cracow to provide on-site support when necessaryCore competencies:Proficiency in managing MacOS and LinuxCommand line and scripting competencyStrong problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of device and network securityFamiliarity with SSO technologies, and user provisioning toolsExperience with SOC2, ISO27001 or other org-wide certification implementation processesDrive to help others solve their issuesOrganized, process-driven and detail-orientedSelf-directed, able to work independentlyEffective stakeholder managementNice to have:Experience managing large fleets of devices via MDM systems (preferably Jamf)Proficiency in managing WindowsClear, straight-to-the-point communicationWe are:• Ambitious and innovative.
