Duración de la oferta: hasta el 26/11/2026.Funciones- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. - Manage support activities and coordinate with internal teams. - Maintain technical documentation and user guides. - Monitor service delivery and ensure client requirements are met. - Lead or support projects, managing milestones, risks and deliverables. - Implement and test data acquisition and control systems. - Gather customer requirements and support solution design. - Drive service improvements and provide technical support for client engagements and business growth. Requisitos- 3- 5 years of experience in IT Operations support or similar hands- on roles. - Fluent English communication skills. - At least 2 years of experience implementing or maintaining IT, industrial data, or control systems. - Familiarity with ticketing and support platforms. Se ofrece- Permanent contract - Hybrid working model (initially 4 days per week in the office, Cuzco area, Madrid) - Salary: €32, 000 - €40, 000 gross per year
