Duración de la oferta: hasta el 06/06/2026.FuncionesAs an IT Systems & Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the company's IT environment, acting as a key point of contact for internal users and ensuring reliable, secure, and well organized IT operations. Manage and maintain the core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, domain controllers, user devices) . Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions. Act as the main point of contact for internal technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues. Ensure backups, basic security measures, and overall system reliability. Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective. Coordinate with external IT providers when required. Identify improvement opportunities, help structure IT processes, and maintain clear documentation.RequisitosProven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or IT Generalist in a hands on environment. Strong knowledge of networks, access management, and end user support. Experience with network equipment (experience with MikroTik is a strong plus) . Familiarity with Linux environments (Docker knowledge is a plus) . High level of autonomy, accountability, and ability to handle a broad scope of responsibilities. Strong sense of trust, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive information. Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.Se ofreceCompetitive salary range depending on experience.
