Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data. You’ll work alongside various teams, using your technical skills and analytical mindset to help us make informed decisions that drive success. If you're a curious problem solver with a knack for data, this is your chance to make a real impact! Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create business reports that highlight actionable insights and opportunities. Support the development of machine learning models to enhance our app's capabilities and user experience. Assist in gathering and interpreting product requirements, leveraging data to scale and optimize the product. Partner with key stakeholders to understand their data needs, building tailored reporting solutions that drive decision-making. Utilize data visualization tools to design intuitive dashboards that showcase findings in a clear, impactful manner. Requirements A background in engineering, data science, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. A hands-on problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Strong command of Excel for data organization and reporting. Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms. Solid understanding of business analytics and how data influences strategic decisions. Expertise in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization.
