Junior Stylist

Hello!We are currently looking for a Junior Assistant here at Nino D'Arena Salon & SpaResponsibilities:- Assist stylists with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and sanitized for each client- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their salon experience- Communicate with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services- Ensuring salon is always clean and tidySkills:- Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling- Strong ability to upsell salon services and retail products to clients (product knowledge)- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities- Familiarity with sanitization practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and client retentionNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
