They have a passion for animal care and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Lead Kennel Techs are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable to the Golden Wood standard. Their two main areas of focus are pet health and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our teamTaking initiative to support the Assistant ManagerProviding exceptional customer service for check-ins/checkoutsBeing intentional with resolving issues or concernsFollowing through with the Golden Wood systems & holding the team accountableQualifications:Able to LEAD a team of techs each shiftTake responsibilities of the actions of your teammatesPrevious experience working with animals preferredStrong communication skills in a fast paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysHow to Apply:If youre passionate about animals, desire to lead a team, and hold a high standard in a safe work environment for pets and people, wed love to have you a part of our team!
