Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWe are seeking a highly commercial, strategic, and customer-oriented Key Account Manager to join a leading multinational company in the consumer goods sector. This role will be responsible for managing strategic retail accounts, driving commercial growth, and building strong customer relationships in the Spanish market. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned key customers, ensuring the delivery of ambitious commercial objectives while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial expertise, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic key accounts in Spain, driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key retail customers and buying managers. Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with company sales and profitability objectives. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing agreements, trade terms, and promotional plans. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Analyze commercial KPIs, customer performance, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and lead business reviews, commercial presentations, and joint business planning sessions with customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure flawless execution of customer plans. Manage promotional calendars, forecasts, and the commercial pipeline for assigned accounts. Support demand planning and forecasting processes by providing customer insights and sales projections. Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability objectives, and market share growth. Operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.RequisitosBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or senior commercial roles. Proven experience managing strategic retail accounts and customer negotiations. Strong background working with retail customers and buying teams. Previous experience in consumer goods / FMCG is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience from other industries are welcome to apply. Proven track record driving commercial growth and delivering business results. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Solid understanding of P&L, margins, forecasting, and profitability management. Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Intermediate English required. Availability to travel within Spain (20–30%).
