The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round. Job compensation consists of a fixed base salary, supplemented by a commission structure tied to the successful sale of jobs.Our sales performers have historically generated additional income through commissions, with amounts varying from $20,000 to $90,000.Qualifications3+ years in residential sales or estimating5+ years in residential sales or construction managementProficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferredKnowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plusResponsibilitiesExpand customer base and increase profitabilityAchieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfactionConduct initial consultations and site assessmentsPrepare and present professional proposalsManage customer interactionsOversee project installations with project management teamMaintain strong customer relationsAssist with snow and ice management operations as neededRequirementsValid Driver's License with clean recordWork extended hours as needed to achieve sales goals and project demandCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearCommission-based bonusesCompany vehiclePaid time offFuel reimbursementPerformance and annual bonusesJob Type: Full-time during normal business hours, Saturdays as neededRelocation:Must relocate to Anchorage, AK before starting work
