Duración de la oferta: hasta el 01/09/2025.FuncionesPurpose of the Role: The Learning Partner for the Global Business Services (GBS) population will be responsible for executing and sustaining the existing learning and development strategy for approximately 1, 700 employees globally. This role is critical in ensuring continuity and momentum during a period of transition, with a focus on credibility, stakeholder engagement, and delivery rather than redefining the strategy. The Learning Partner will work closely with GBS stakeholders to understand business priorities and skill gaps, while collaborating with the broader L&D team (currently regionally structured) and, in the future, with CoE roles (learning product and journey owners) and GPS (in country and SSC trainers) . The role requires someone who can build trust with senior stakeholders, carry forward existing plans, and maintain alignment with the company's transformation agenda. Main Responsibilities Learning Strategy Execution Partner with GBS leaders, P&C, and key stakeholders to implement the existing learning strategy. Ensure a harmonized learning experience across SSCs and in country GBS teams. Learning Programme Oversight & Delivery Collaborate with product and journey owners to deliver global, scalable learning solutions tailored to GBS needs. Support the localization and rollout of learning content via MyLearningHub and other platforms. Blend virtual, in person, and self directed learning formats to drive engagement. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Act as the primary contact for GBS learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and L&D strategies. Engage effectively with senior leaders and cross functional partners to embed a culture of continuous learning. Represent GBS learning needs within the broader organization. Learning Operations & Measurement Monitor learning effectiveness using key metrics (e. g. , adoption, engagement, business impact) . Provide regular insights and enable managers with self serve reporting tools. Ensure learning solutions are cost effective and aligned with business goals. Change Management & Continuity Support change initiatives related to learning within GBS, without altering the core strategy. Maintain momentum on existing plans and, where needed, build on them to ensure continuity. Stay informed on emerging L&D trends and tools to enhance delivery. RequisitosKey Skills and Competencies Required Qualifications: Fluent in professional English (written and spoken) Required Experience: 8+ years in L&D, talent development, or a related field Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Strong understanding of digital learning platforms, analytics, and instructional design Critical Skills: Technological proficiency with digital learning tools Cross functional and multicultural collaboration Industry knowledge relevant to PageGroup and GBS operations Universal Skills: Strategic thinking and alignment with business goals Strong stakeholder management and communication Project management in a global, fast paced environment Data analysis and interpretation for continuous improvement Note: This role is intended to carry forward and build upon the current learning strategy, not to redesign it.
