Duración de la oferta: hasta el 28/06/2026.FuncionesAs a Learning & Development Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in developing high impact learning solutions that support the organization's strategic capability needs. Working closely with Journey Owners and global stakeholders, you will develop engaging, scalable, and performance driven learning products ranging from microlearning modules to curated content collections and experiential learning tools. You will ensure that learning solutions are aligned with business goals, culturally inclusive, and continuously improved through data and learner feedback. What you will do: Develop Learning Products: Create modular, engaging learning solutions (e. g. , courses, toolkits, simulations, peer learning, coaching guides) that support capability development in areas such as Sales, Performance, Tools & Technology, and Soft/Technical Skills. Leverage Authoring Tools: Design and build interactive e learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline (mandatory) , ensuring high quality, engaging and user centric learning experiences. Standardize and Scale: Implement standardized processes for content development, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with operational goals. Identify and Address Capability Needs: Work with L&D, P&C Business Partners, and SMEs to identify critical learning requirements and translate them into targeted, effective learning interventions. Collaborate with Journey Owners: Partner with L&D Journey Owners to bring end to end learning strategies to life by ensuring the right content and materials are in place to support each stage of the learner journey. Ensure Global Relevance and Inclusion: Design learning solutions that are culturally sensitive, language appropriate, and adaptable to diverse regional contexts. Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to assess the quality and impact of learning products, using insights to innovate and enhance learner engagement and outcomes. Leverage Data and Analytics: Use learning metrics and analytics to guide content design, monitor effectiveness, and continuously improve learning solutions based on workforce needs and performance outcomes.Requisitos6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on instructional design, content development, or program management. Proven experience developing learning solutions, ideally using a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) . Hands on expertise with Articulate Storyline (or similar e learning authoring tools) , with the ability to design interactive digital learning content. Experience designing and delivering learning content across multiple modalities (digital, experiential, social) . Ability to translate business needs into practical, learner centric solutions. Strong instructional design skills, with a focus on performance outcomes. Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to inclusive learning practices. Experience working in global, cross functional environments. Proven experience in a commercial, sales driven, or recruitment environment, ideally within a fast paced, business oriented company. Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities. Proactive, learner centric approach to L&D with a passion for enabling growth and performance.
