Lead Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, shaping and executing the Deblock marketing strategy. You will report directly to the CEO, collaborating closely to drive our growth.In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and implement the Deblock marketing strategy from the ground up. This role uniquely blends strategic planning, creativity, and hands-on execution. We are looking for someone ready to define new horizons for our brand and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy from scratch.We want to revolutionise the FinTech industry. Create a new paradigm. And we need the best minds to do it What we are looking for Deep understanding of Web3 marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking tactics. Proven experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of success. Hands-on, hardworking, and fast-paced. Analytical and KPI-driven is a must.
