We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the development and management of our enterprise product suite. This role involves close collaboration with our enterprise clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of our products.*** This is a remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time hours ***
The role of the Lead Product Manager | Employer Benefits will be responsible for:
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Act as a liaison between the customer and the Upward's technical team. You will lead the strategy and execution of their requests to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and market needs. Ensure our products meet the highest functionality, reliability, and usability standards. This will include testing, quality assurance, and the ability to optimize as you see recommended.Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Translate insights into actionable product strategies.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.Feedback Loop Management: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define product vision, and work closely with engineering to deliver winning products.Performance Metrics: Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product success and make informed decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our product offerings to serve enterprise customers better.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, specifically in an enterprise environment.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and the B2B market.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with enterprise clients.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
