Lead Early Preschool TeacherJob Description Statement of Duties:Responsible for the direction and overall supervision of classroom. Works with the teaching team to implement daily activities while adhering to the NH Childcare Licensing Rules and Regulations and NH Early Learning Standards.Duties:Ensure health and safety of group at all timesArrive at scheduled time prepared to start your dayWork with teaching team to ensure appropriate materials are availableDemonstrate appropriate ways to use classroom materialsAssist in teaching and following a predictable routineAssists children in becoming more independent by demonstrating skills and using positive reinforcementSit with children at meal times and demonstrates appropriate table mannersWork with lead teacher to implement developmentally appropriate activities to meet early learning standardsKeep classroom free of clutterCommunicate regularly with parents in a variety of ways- (face to face, emails, ClassDojo and phone calls as necessary)Use a kind and gentle demeanor with childWork closely with teaching team and other professionals as neededBring any concerns you may have to director as needed
