Lead Teacher

<h2><strong>Job description</strong></h2><p><i>Preschool Teacher</i><br>At World of Fun Early Learning Center, teachers create, manage and participate in a variety of opportunities for students to develop through a balance of learning and fun.</p><p><strong>Preschool Teacher Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Associates or Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Child Development, or CDA, or 90 Hour Certification</li><li>At least one year of experience</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains a safe, clean, and healthy environment</li><li>Encourages students' positive self image and supports individuality and independence</li><li>Maintains accurate and timely educational assessments</li><li>Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences</li><li>Support organizational mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies to parent/guardians and coworkers</li><li>Participate actively in the teaching team through communication, collaboration, and curriculum planning</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills required</li><li>Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Candidates must pass required state and company background checks</li></ul><p>Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401 (K) Plan</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Holiday Pay</li><li>Career Development</li></ul><p> </p>
