Candidates must possess effective communication skills, exemplary teaching abilities, leadership skills, organizational skills, and great conflict resolution.A cheerful demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and the church are critical. Ability to work in a flexible schedule between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.Education: The minimum education required is a CDA (Child Development Associate).
