About the Role:A leading legal recruiting and staffing firm is seeking two highly motivated Legal Recruiters to join our team. The first recruiter will focus on sourcing new candidates, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. The second recruiter will be responsible for managing candidates already in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidates will have experience in legal recruiting or a strong interest in the legal field and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiter 1 (Sourcing New Candidates):
Actively source legal professionals (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants) using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and fit within the legal practice.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future roles.Assist in marketing roles to prospective candidates through social media and other channels (basic knowledge of social media is a plus but not required).
Recruiter 2 (ATS Management & Admin Tasks):
Manage and engage candidates already in the ATS to assess their availability and interest in new roles.Perform administrative tasks, including organizing candidate profiles, updating records in the ATS, and scheduling interviews.Assist in maintaining accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting legal professionals (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants) is preferred but not required.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic administrative tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-volume hiring needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting attorneys or legal professionals in various practice areas.Basic knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment is a plus.
