Licensed Massage Therapist

Searching for a massage therapist!We are a chiropractic office with an extra room available to sublease. The room is freshly painted and carpeted and measures 9ft 7in x 12ft 6in.so approximately 120 square feet. No equipment or furniture will be provided. All utilities are included with the flat rate including internet. Two restrooms in the office, waiting room, and shared kitchen area with other staff.We are looking for the massage therapist to be an independent contractor (not employees) and to have a simple contract where the massage therapist pays a flat fee per month to use the room and facilities and then is responsible for acquiring, scheduling, and billing their own clients.We will incorporate a system of compensation for any referrals from the massage therapist to our chiropractic office and that massage therapist will also be our exclusive person we refer to for any of our chiropractic patients. We are hoping for a pleasant referral system and like to keep a happy, upbeat, caring, professional, and drama-free atmosphere. We will do no long term contracts, just month to month for everyone's freedom and flexibility.Flat rate per month for the room will be $1,000 per month (about $8 per square foot).
