Licensed Nail Technician

Duties:- Provide high-quality nail services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions-MUST be an expert in GEL-X Nail Extension method-MUST be an expert in RUSSIAN MANICURE and HARD GEL/POLY GEL methods- Clean, shape, and polish nails according to client preferences- Apply gel or acrylic nails and perform nail repairs as needed- Stay up-to-date with current nail trends and techniques- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction- Upsell additional services or retail products to clients-Must clean up after each client and ensure a sparkling clean work space.Experience- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Nail Technician or similar role- Proficient in color theory and able to recommend suitable nail colors to clients- Knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques for nail care- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs- Ability to upsell services and retail products to enhance the client experience-MUST be a California licensed technician.-Note: Compensation will vary based on experience and tailored to each individual applying.We offer competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
