We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team!We are a unique, state-of-the-art, 6200 sq ft out-patient neuro and ortho clinic that is Mobile's ONLY dedicated balance center withMobile's only certified vestibular specialists on staff. Hours are M-F from 8:00a - 5:00p. No weekends.As a Physical Therapist at Center for Balance & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our patients through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing rehabilitation. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from strokes, TBIs, concussions, sports and other injuries, orthopedic conditions, surgeries, and those with chronic conditions. Your expertise and compassionate care will help our patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence in their everyday lives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and goals.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention strategies.Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.Qualifications:Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama.Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.Please forward your resume to [email protected] or reach out to our owner, Eric Dekle, at ------------
