We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our dynamic team in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing behavioral health services to individuals, couples and/or families, and will have a strong foundation in therapy and clinical counseling. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and to work in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:- Provide behavioral health services.- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities.- Implement evidence-based therapies to support patient recovery and growth.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes.- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and continue to expand knowledge and skills.Experience:- Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including children and adults.- Strong experience in therapy and clinical counseling, particularly in a hospital or clinic setting.- Excellent patient care and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks as needed.- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 25 per weekSchedule: Choose your own hours Education: Master's (Required) Ability to Commute: Glendale, AZ 85302 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Glendale, AZ 85302: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
