Salary Range: $17.00 To 20.00 hourly + tipsAll back of house employees receive tips (3% of all food sales); which equals an additional $2-$5 per hour in tips - dependent on shift & sales. Tips paid out weekly.Cook Duties and ResponsibilitiesSetting up, cleaning, and organizing work stationsPreparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shiftTaking orders via ticket systemCooking order according to food health and safety standardsHandling multiple food orders at one timeMonitoring multiple food orders as new orders arriveDressing order for presentationEnsuring each guest order has the correct food and sidesStoring all food properlySanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensilsAssisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when neededCook Requirements and QualificationsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyPhysical endurance to stand for an entire shiftSelf-motivated and self-directedWorks well as part of a team and on individual tasksAvailable to work evenings, nights and weekendsPhysically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
