For the job function, the role of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Assistant will utilize all of the firms tangible and in-tangible platforms including banking relationships, business knowledge, standardized expert template, niche acumen, and industry experience to:Foster and improve clientele, intermediary, banking, and/or broker relationshipsAssist management in the loan origination, documentation, processing and account maintenanceObtain and manage confidential data, files, and document collection on all borrowers, lenders, 3rd party vendors for firm projects.Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower's financial standing and loan eligibilityRequirements:Basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accuratelyBasic understanding of loan origination, contract processing, or related financial services fieldAbility to analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess borrower's creditworthinessExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team membersDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSite visitation, hotel conference, and employee recruiting will be required (20% potential travel time- all expense paid by Firm)Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift4 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callOvertimeWeekends as neededExperience:Financial analysis: 1 year (Required)Loan processing: 2 years (Required)Location:Atlanta, GA 30326 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Atlanta, GA 30326: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30326
