Maintenance Handyman

We are seeking a part time individual to do general repairs and duties throughout our 10-acre complex of 76 condo owners.Duties are as follows, (but not limited to):Siding repair and replacementReplacing outdoor light bulbs and fixturesDaily pool testing and oversight of the pool facilityDoing repairs to owner fences and stainingBrush trimming as necessaryPower washing facilities and buildings as neededMaintain adequate supply of salt in car port bucketsAssist vendor in snow removal and salting as neededClean and maintain HOA work and storage areas and equipmentSupervise and work with summer college students on projectsReport to management, progress of vendors working on projectsAnticipated hours per week 25-30 hours.Reply to [email protected]
