Looking for a full-time experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of successful coffee house in Ypsilanti, MI - Northern Grind Coffee - Ypsilanti. Duties would include scheduling, inventory, employee management, weekly deposits, and other day-to-day items that are involved in operating a successful business.Compensation: $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 annual salary (based on experience)*No medical, vision, or dental benefits offered.Bonus: End of year bonus based on store performance and profitabilityPaid Time Off - 8 days per year (after 90 days of employment eligible for 2 days PTO)40 hours min per week required.If interested please send resume to [email protected].
