THE ROLE
AG1 is looking for a highly skilled Manager, Channel Marketing to join the Brand team and execute the strategic direction and optimization of key marketing channels. This role will lead the execution of channel-specific initiatives that engage our audience, elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable impact. Working closely with the Broader Brand team, this role will ensure consistency across all channels while maximizing performance and aligning with our overall brand strategy
Reporting to the Director, Social Media, the Manager, Channel Marketing will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of strategies that elevate the brand presence of AG1 and drive engagement across various channels including social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data and insight-driven, leveraging that approach to ensure brand goals are met and exceeded, with each channel contributing to the larger marketing ecosystem and business objectives
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned channels, ensuring alignment with the brand vision, target audience, and business goals of AG1
Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to design and implement channel-specific campaigns, optimizing content for maximum engagement and reach
Regularly analyze channel performance data and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
Drive continuous improvements to achieve KPIs and business objectives
Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Insights teams to ensure all channel activities are aligned with customer journeys, product launches, and growth targets
Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners, ensuring best-in-class campaign execution and performance
Own the channel budgets, ensuring spending is optimized for the greatest impact while staying within allocated resources
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, identifying new opportunities to test and grow the brand’s presence across key channels.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience in channel management, digital marketing, or brand marketing roles, with proven success in managing and optimizing marketing channels
Strong knowledge of key marketing channels including social media, email, paid media, and influencer marketing.
Experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and its application across various channels.
Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with brand, creative, insights and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand presence

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $87,500.00 to $111,500.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
