Our Manager, FP&A will be an integral part of our Finance team in North America .
This role is based remotely in the Eastern Standard Time Zone in North America.

The Opportunity
DoiT International is looking for a motivated, self-starter FP&A business partner as we expand our Global Financial Planning and Analysis Strategy and Programs across the business. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within the high-tech industry in a hyper-growth environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare the quarterly financial forecast and budget planning process, partnering closely with executives and department leaders to align sales forecasts for existing customers, headcount, regional growth, and accommodate new business changes.
Take ownership of preparing and reviewing sections of the monthly and quarterly management reports by analyzing financial results, synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and effectively communicating key messages to senior management.
Conduct the review and approval of credits, Partner Service Funds, and other funds provided by DoiT or Google. Ensure proper review and approval processes are followed, with funds accurately accounted for or deferred. Once approved, obtain management approval before issuing and upload them in the DoiT internal platform
Conduct monthly Google Cloud Margin analysis and analyze variances providing reason for variances for all items above prescribed limits.
Track Google Cloud profitability across different levels, including service, customer, and sub-platform levels. Provide monthly updates on any changes made by Google or significant customer commit renewals.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead point of contact for all Google Cloud Platform (GCP) related questions related to finance operations.
Calculate and analyze Net Retention and Gross Retention for individual platforms and at the company level, offering analysis of quarterly fluctuations
Track and update the commit deficit tracker for all commit deficits issued by Google through collaborating with legal and collection teams
Review and own the Segmentation of Revenue file for sub-platform level revenue breakdown, working to obtain more detailed sub-level information from accounting on an ongoing basis
Provide a monthly first glance estimate of previous month's revenue, margin, and EBITDA, based on consumption data and marketplace information available in the first few days of each month.
Collaborate with Accounting and Sales on monthly and quarterly close and forecast cadence for topline performance metrics, including ARR, Billings, and Revenue
Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance and controls, taking complete end-to-end ownership of Google Cloud revenue recognition, including handling one-off invoices and reviewing accruals for Google Cloud, such as marketplace, commits, annual credit from google, etc.
Review, understand, and diligently track new business contracts to capture critical information for revenue recognition and analysis of SaaS revenue customers.
Maintain and update the KPI dashboard for SaaS customers, tracking metrics such as churn customers, total customers, discounts, etc.
Update the Cloud engineering budget tracker on a monthly basis for SaaS revenue and Cloud engineers headcount, providing trend analysis and sharing with executives.
Review and analyze sales commissions, maintaining the commission schedule, reviewing trends, and coordinating with the Commission Analyst to review commission structure and track commission accruals against payment trends.
Update the HR Master Hiring Tracker and dashboard as needed throughout the year to assist with hiring and headcount planning
Utilize SQL to generate ad hoc data requests for executives, including contract databases, booking queries, invoice databases, etc.
Standardize and automate processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Effectively manage analysts, ensuring timely and accurate task delivery
Handle other finance-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance , CFA or CPA
Prior experience at a large fast paced Tech companies with SaaS /Consumption revenue model
Experience with managing a remote team and delegating tasks
Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 340 principles
Strong analytical skills to proactively identify trends and insights is a must
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables and constant communication with higher management about the progress.
Collaborative team player and ability to work independently and managing working and coordinating with different teams spread across the Globe
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Presentation and Docs) a must
Experience with Netsuite preferred
Prior experience with SQL, Queries and handling large dataset preferred
