You will interpret live phone conversations covering:Customer serviceHealthcare & insuranceGovernment & utilitiesTravel-related mattersEmergency services (including 911 calls)This is a fully remote role requiring a quiet and secure workspace at home.Working Hours8 hours/day + 1-hour break40 hours/weekNight shiftStart times vary between 8 PM – 12 AMShift rotation every 3 months2 rotating off-days weeklyMust be able to work on public holidays (24/7 operation)
Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)Fluent in Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing)Willing to work night shifts (rotational)Quiet & secure home workspaceMust be located in MalaysiaOwn a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with updated OS
