Come build with us!The roleAs a key partner of the Growth and Product Marketing teams, the Marketing Analytics role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. This role involves creating and maintaining full-funnel dashboards, identifying key insights, reporting on channel performance, providing test results, and monitoring and optimizing campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses a data-driven analytical mindset, excels at working with large datasets, and is adept in tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker, and Google Analytics. They will use data to tell compelling stories that enable the business to understand current trends and make actionable decisions that drive growth and scale. This role is responsible for:Providing objective assessments of marketing efforts to inform strategy, understand performance, optimize investments, and maximize conversion and minimize CACs. Enhancing marketing decision-making by measuring, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data, including digital media effectiveness, website traffic/behavior, marketing funnel conversion, and path to decreasing CAC. Regularly reporting on marketing campaign performance, channel performance, A/B test results, and key metrics, flagging potential issues and Identifying new trends and opportunities. Working cross functionally with internal and external partners to centralize marketing data across data sources to form a source of truth on performance.Building and maintaining marketing conversion dashboards and reporting procedures covering marketing channel/campaign/test performance and return on investments. Strong experience with test and learn agendas, and designing testing for media channels, email campaigning, creative messaging, and product experiences. Use data to tell compelling stories that provide clarity and drive actionable insights for business stakeholders, leading to growth and scalability.You Bring5+ years in marketing analytics rolesManipulate large data sets with high complexity; fluency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI reporting tools such as Tableau, LookerCuriosity and potential to dive into statistical analysis for predictive modeling and forecastingExperience building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisionsSQL proficiency with the ability to write queries to extract data from our data warehouse Ability to pull out insights and identify patterns from open-ended marketing challenges and data sets Skilled presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesApproach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving initiatives that propel the business forward and taking ownership of outcomes. Focus on delivering actionable insights quickly, even with limited data, to drive impactful outcomes. Emphasize action over analysis paralysis.Experience with fintechs and early stage businessPay TransparencyThe estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 - $150,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
