Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Referrals And Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to patients and clients.Responsibilities:Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clientsCheck insurance information in coordination with the management and the clinical teamsEducate prospective clients on products and servicesResolve client inquiries and complaintsMaintain record of client contact informationPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:Some Bilingual (English / Spanish) required - does not need to be 100% fluentMicrosoft Office experience or willingness to learn itStrong negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsGood written and verbal communication skills
