You will work with cross-functional teams and multiple data sets to monitor trends driving our performance, identifying strategies for improvement, and using data-derived insights to frame key decisions for our leaders. You will use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to leadership and mobilize teams towards execution. Enabling the development of a “beat the previous week” culture. Asking the right questions, getting the right answers to those questions, turning those answers into optimization actions.Key Responsibilities: Look at and analyze trends of campaign performance to provide actionable insights that support growth strategy to meet our goals. Track, measure and report digital performance to ROI, through all technology platforms and digital channels against planned KPI’s, goals and deliver actionable insights and recommendationsManage the insights strategy and perform analysis on: how customers are responding to marketing messages and content, which paths customers are taking, when are customers buying, and what customers who buy look like and create action plans focused on optimizationPartner with all Marketing functions and ensure compliance to set and agreed technology integration processes and SLAs to keep performance measurement as accurate as possible and flexible to support the organizations scalability and growthAct as a project manager for the marketing analytics team, helping the team stay up to date with documentation and data governance Organization:Works cross functionally with: Marketing Functional Leadership and Teams members, Executive Leadership team, Marketing Operations, Shared Services and COE, Business Operations, CTS, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Marketing Data Governance and others tbc.Success Metrics:Stakeholder satisfaction with timely output of a continuous performance reporting modelAdoption of self-serve reporting by key stakeholdersEffectiveness/accuracy of key insights reporting capabilitiesAbility to manage different kinds of stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goalsAbility to drive data driven decision makingTimely completion of regular tasksRequired Experience: Diploma, degree or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics and/or Computer Science5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement and story-telling reporting experience.Awareness and understanding of current and future industry trends, technology and best practices related to Buyer Journey Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing PerformanceExperience in high growth, fast paced, heavily matrixed organizationsExperience in analyzing content performance specific to its ability to move buyers through the buying funnel and provide insights to optimize content strategy in campaigns Experience in Using available tools and resources to gather data and translate it into easy-to-understand actionable growth strategies to be shared with marketing leadership teamsExperience in working with marketing, sales and SDR teams with strong presence and presentation skills in a fast paced environmentSkills/Behaviors:Business acumen, strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skillsProven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholdersStrong collaborative teamwork orientation with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing re-evaluation of prioritiesDetail oriented with ability to translate quantitative data analytics into actionable recommendationsAbility to communicate and present story-telling insights in ways that Marketing team members as well as Marketing and Executive Leadership and other functions will understand and take decisionCurious Analytical thinker, you find and solve problems to increase performanceRational/logicalFlexible/adaptableService-orientedPenchant for learningKnowledge:B2B digital marketing ecosystem and how its success can be measured and insights derives for data driven decision makingMeasurement, reporting and analytical techniques and their application to marketing challengesExperience in working with Salesforce, Google Analytics.
